Fat pads under the eyes.
No matter what anti-aging serums or creams, or even chemical peels, micro-needling, that you do, if you have fat pads under your eyes (and above the eyes, too) nothing will get rid of them except a blepharoplasty.
A blepharoplasty is when a surgeon removes the fat and tightens the muscles. With that, even if and when you have surgery, you should use a good eye cream or serum with all the ABCs of good skin care and one with a peptide and or growth factor.

What causes under eye-bags?

How can you get rid of under-eye bags, DIY?
1. Reduce salt.
2. Don't smoke.
3. Reduce allergies and/or take an allergy pill to reduce puffiness (please talk to your doctor beforehand).
4. Get enough sleep!

6. Sleep propped on two pillows.
7. Do lymphatic drainage.
